Based on the above market data, Barkan-Farma has been developing several lines of unique natural cosmeceuticals, herbal remedies and life quality improving products that address most common and prevalent disorders and target most rapidly growing market segments.
Natural Cosmeceuticals
Barkan-Farma intends to address natural and medicinal cosmetics market with a strong line of bestselling, reputable products that stand to their promises. Barkan-Farma intends to establish a unique skin care center that will provide (i) exclusive skin treatment procedures using several brands of natural cosmeceuticals and medicinal cosmetics, (ii) distribute these products to skin care professionals and private clients, and (iii) offer educational courses for skin care professionals. The Company has recently started developing an exclusive line of natural cosmetics products portfolio that will address such very common in the targeted regions problems as acne, dandruff, and psoriasis-induced skin conditions. In addition, the Company intends to distribute exclusively the following well-known in Israel and worldwide products and brands
• Sebocalm® - natural cosmeceuticals for problematic skin manufactured and marketed by TetraPharm Ltd. (http://www.calm.co.il).
• Leorex® - innovative nanotechnology-based derma-cosmetic products for treating aging skin problems (http://leorex-cosmetics.com).
• Dr. Z's Flexi-Gel® - innovative product for effective and fast treatment of acne and associated problems by Hylabs-Nature Ltd. (http://www.hylabs.co.il ).
The center will be managed by Dr. Olga Omarov, a well-known dermatologist in Moldova with many years of professional and managerial experience.
Life Quality Improving Products
Barkan-Farma also plans to in-license and distribute a unique line of pharmaceuticals that address several common life-quality-affecting problems. These include AntiSnore, throat spray for the prevention of snoring, and CleanEars, an effective ear wax removing solution by Naveh Pharma (http://www.navehpharma.com ), and several exclusive formulas of natural minerals and vitamins.

An additional line of products will be marketed under the Herbal-Logic brand name and will be comprised of unique products that address gastro-intestinal, endocrine and urinary tract systems disorders. These include:
